MemberDirect® Online Banking

With our MemberDirect® online banking, our branches are always open, allowing you to access your accounts around the clock, from anywhere in the world. Banking has never been easier.

With online banking you can:

  • Create recurring transfers to your other accounts
  • Stop a cheque from clearing
  • Make payments to your loans and mortgages
  • View or print e-Statements.
  • Use INTERAC® e-Transfers to send and receive money quickly and securely between friends and family within Canada.
  • Make CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency) payments.
  • Set up security alerts as a convenient way to be notified of suspicious or fraudulent activity your account.

How to log in for the first time?

  1. Enter your personal account number (PAN) located on the front of your MEMBER CARD® debit card and log in.
  2. Enter your temporary PAC number issued to you from your branch.
  3. You will be requested to select a security image and security caption.
  4. You will then see a group of challenge questions. Choose three and provide the answers for the questions. You can change your image or challenge questions at any time.
  5. After you have logged in, you will be asked to choose a new 5-8 digit PAC number.

What happens next?

Every time you log in to MemberDirect® online banking you will be asked one of three challenge questions. Once you answer one question correctly, you will see the image and security caption that you chose. If you don't, you know it's not an authentic site. Enter in your 5-8 digit PAC number and you will be allowed access to your account.

***It is always important to properly Logoff when you are finished using MemberDirect®.***

The option to register your computer as a trusted device is available. Note: You should only register the computer if it is your own, or if you are the only person who uses it (e.g. your home or personal work computer). Do not register shared computers (e.g. shared work computers, public library computers). NEVER allow a shared computer to save your personal information or PAC number.
